For starters, let's spell Korea correctly... :)
But seriously, stop being paranoid. First off, we don't know if what the North Koreans have is in fact a bomb. Even if it was a nuclear device, it may have been assembled on the test site rather than dropped from an airplane, so, technically, it could have been a mine rather than a bomb...
Next, we know for a fact that North Korea does not have a delivery vehicle capable of carrying a nuclear weapon. They have no long-range bombers, and their ballistic missile capability is at best mid-range (meaning, they might be able to send one into Japan or China, but not far beyond).
Third, economic implosion of North Korea is a matter of time. Every totalitarian regime implodes eventually (usually, within three generations of its installation). North Korea won't be an exception.
