Confront the co-worker or things will get out of hand later.

Defend yourself when the time comes. Going to them and talking about it doesn't do anything but show vulnerability. Making a scene just makes you look like the antagonist. Let it roll off your back for now. Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.

If you confront them it will look like you started the whole thing.I would act as if nothing has happened but i would keep my distance from this person and then maybe they will figure out that you know what they have been up to.

I would be very upset, that kind of behavior at the work place is un-called for. Since we spend so much time at work, it has terrible to have to deal with these types of silly behavior and it is hurtful. But I would certainly approach the person and ask them nicely what is bothering him/her. Just be honest, but not hateful.

Well, I'm the boss. So I would probably find out what the heck is going on and try to resolve the problems. Who knows....maybe I am an ***!

it is hard to bear but key question should be if he is telling the truth, if he does, reflect and correct your defects. if no, be tolerant and patience and since u know justice is on your side. practise your virtue whenever u could.

for me, i was once hot temper and that took my 2 ex gf away, it is not worth it. thus whenever i encounter something arouse my anger, i try to see it on a lighter side. i am seeing someone who stir my heart and i am beginning to see my yielding bear fruits! : = )
