It took two months (and I only have one working falopian tube, due to a previous ectopic pregnancy). I think attittude has everything to do with it. Don't stress, everything will work itself out.
Good Luck!

When I was in my mid 20's we got pregnant the very noext month ( and I had fraternal twins) Now that I am older it took about a year ( I'll be 39 Nov 3) This is my standard answer......... go get a book called Taking Charge of your fertility by Toni Weschler
This book will help you with all of your menstrual and conception questions. It’s for all women - not just women trying to conceive. It covers everything from temperature to mucus checking, etc.. It will help you understand your body and all the myths about it. It will help you time when you are ovulating and the best times to conceive – or not! It tells you how to figure out your cycle and what to expect. My husband and I tried for a year to conceive and nothing happened. The first month I used the book we conceived right away. Now I am due Feb 2. It's about knowing your body and knowing when you are fertile or not. You can pick and choose what you do with your info. Good luck and don't listen the all the myths!

I have been pregnant twice - and we got pregnant the first month we tried both times. I can tell when I ovulate, so it was pretty easy.
The first time, I felt great, but when we went for our 12 week ultrasound, turns out that the baby stopped growing at 7 weeks and had died. I didn't bleed or cramp or feel sick or anything, so I had no idea and it took us totally by surprise. Since my body didn't do it for me, I needed to have a D and C.
It was very devastating, so we waited a year, and once we started trying again, I got pregnant the very first month again! This time, we had an ultrasound at 5 weeks, 12 weeks, 16 weeks, 22 weeks and 30 weeks, and my pregnancy with our daughter was perfect.
Granted, I was in labor for 26 hours, but that is partially because I tried to do it naturally and for me, that just didn't work so I had an epidural after 19 hours of back labor. Best decision I ever made! The rest of labor was a piece of cake, and our daughter was born 5 and a half years ago.
That is my experience, and I hope it is helpful for you!

If you are using some form of progesterone, it might take up to a year or more to conceive. It took me 7 months.
Regular BC pills take less time to get pg.

We have been trying since late March and still not happening. My dr. said that it depends on how long you where on the pill and other things. Be prepared because your body is going to start acting crazy! I never had any problems with my skin UNTIL I got off of the pill. Good luck!

It took me 5 months for my first and 4 months for my second. An average healthy couple has about an 80% chance of conceiving in one year.

With my first daughter it took 1 month. With my second daughter it was 1 week to the day. My dr said it would take 6 months to conceive, boy was he wrong. That messed up my vegas trip we had planned for months.
