depending on your bone structure... 150-175 pounds. A little more or less depending on the amount of muscle you have also. If you are physically fit, lift weights and weigh 190 pounds I wouldn't worry about it.
I am also 5'10" tall. Isn't it nice? I have always wanted to be 6 foot tall but I am just 2 inches shy of my goal, so I wear heels! :)

Unfortunately I am this height and my doctor would like to see me weigh in at about 165. I can not get above 130. I do not look anorexic and my husband said if I did have that much weight on me, I would look over weight. (I didn't even weigh that much when I was pregnant.) Are you having problems gaining or losing?

To determine frame size, wrap your thumb and middle finger around your wrist.
Thumb and finger touch= small frame
Thumb and finger barely touch= medium frame
Thumb and finger don't touch= large frame
Don't forget to eat a properly balanced diet.
