Most times a bully has a bad self-esteem problem. So he needs to find some way to prove how good he is to himself; how he's better than you are. Lots of times there is not a non-violent way to make a bully back off. You can either stand up to him and give as good as you get or win. Either way a bully usually doesn't want to be in fight, he wants to be able to beat someone up with no contest. That's why he pick on the smaller weaker people.

Ignore them. They will get their own thanks to God or whatever Karma you believe in..becoming a bully won't help you out any..if you are under the age of 18-seek an adult to help you because this kid needs help. You need to know that this kid is going to pick on someone else so if you don't get an adult to help-they'll never stop bullying. It's a cycle. I wish you the best..stay safe and tell someone.
