How do you multi-task?

I multi task by answering the phone whilst still playing my computer game at work, probably best not say that in an interview though. Its asking how organised are you, can you cope with doing more than one task at once. For customer service I guess you would need to be able to answer the phone and use a computer probably typing at the same time.

They are referring to doing many different things at one time and also many tasks by one individual. So you may need to talk on the phone while typing or using the computer and a calculator. Or, they may be looking for someone familiar with different things such as bookeeping, receptionist, administrative assistant and so on. One individual willing to do five other peoples job for a single LOW pay more than likely! Welcome to "Corporate America"!!!!

answering the phone while typing an email, and putting an order on while sorting out an invoice query!
im donig it now!
its easy when you know how!
just means being organised and not forgetting to finish off what you were in the middle of doing before starting something else more urgent! does happen!

theres lots of ways for example patting ur head and rubbing ur tummy or talking and writing a letter thats multi taskin so basiclly it doin 2 different things at one time hope this helps xxxxxxx
