I live in Ohio and I drive 1/2 hour each way. It is pretty normal in my neighborhood to drive at least that to get to and from work. It is a drag on gas mileage but I love my job so it is worth it.

20 minutes for me, I work one town away from where I live, and it's all back roads so no traffic.
My husband, on the other hand, works in the city and has to take the highway. It takes him anywhere from 40 minutes to 3 hours, depending on the traffic.

3 minutes.
When I opened my salon, I chose a location close to home. I wish I could say that I rode MY bike, but even being only 2 miles from home, I drive. I'm a Caligirl on the east coast right now, and I'm not gettin' outta my car....
