Only question...why doesnt the car turn over now?

it indicate your car have a leak headgasket. your car does not turn over because large amount of coolant is pouring into the cylinders which cause an hydraulic lock-up

It could be a number of things, usually when the car turn over is cause of either the starter, the battery, or the distributer. But a car smoking could be that the engine is dead. What color was the smoke? Bad smoke is oil and white is cause of water. Check to make sure the oil level and water levels are correct cause fiction or lack of water can cause the temperature of a car to rise.

Take your plugs out and try cranking it. If water shoots out, yer head gaskets are gone, and maybe the head is warped.

And check you oil to be sure it isn't milky.

Your engine is seized. Your oil pump went out no oil through the engine= seized engine.
