Use a loafer. Wash from the head down as the shower is usually aimed at your head and you don't want to wash your lower half then have all the dirt washed from your upper half running down the bits you've just washed.

To quote the charasmatic legend of all things poetic and musical, a certain Mr. F Zappa, use a circular motion hitherto unknown to these people. (the ignorami replying to you), Start with your big toe. Go on, rub it, mmmmmmm. Next use the circular motion on your ankle. Then slowly work your way up ensuring not to break the skin. Blood can be the most persistent of stains as is semen. Finally, in the climax of the cleansing endeavor, sit on the floor in a position not unknown to yoga folk. Then, ensuring not to pull any ligaments or snap any bones carefully raised your cleansed foot in the air and use the by now all too familiar circular motion to wash your hair LAST. With said foot. When upon completion use ONLY an electric hand drier. The sort usually found in gentlemens toilets. (No, not the gents you probably go to in the wee small hours, the only thing there is a hole in the cubicle wall)
Finally, after your experience try to indulge in a threesome with two barely legal Japanese virgin twins.I have done this many times (only £100 each if you know where to look on the internet) because I read a literary review about such creatures. Apparently they harness an acute power of healment similar to that of crystals and gem stones.
I wish you much luck in your persuit of the perfect shower.
p.s. Dont listen to these ponces.

I always start from the top and work my way down.
I usually just use my hands. If I'm really dirty or in need of a good scrubing, I'll use a wash cloth or a loofah.
If you use something to wash yourself, you can probably get rid of that dead skin while your in the shower.

Here is what I do.. Wash your hair first..if you use conditioner put that in your hair then start washing..Wal-Mart has an exfoliating wash cloth ( found in the shower cap area ) using your favorite soap start with your face, get behind your ears. Then your neck ,arms, chest, stomach, legs, feet don't forget between your toes. You'll need a long handled loofa type scrubber for your back. Rinse your cloth re-soap and privates are last. (ALWAYS) Remember front first. Rinse conditioner from hair and all soap. Your done.

It doesn't matter where to start to wash first, but most importantly, wash every part of you! Using your hand would be the better choice, you actually go through every part of your body, and as for the dead skin, you have to shower longer and wash your body 2 - 3 times to actually gets all the dead skins off. For example, if you used only 10 minutes initally, you make want to extend it to 20 minutes and wash every part of your body thoroughly. Hope this helps.

Top to toe!
Try using a shower gel with exfoliating bits in as this will wash away the dead skin. Make sure you apply body lotion whilst skin is still slightly damp also.

How to Take a Shower
Feel refreshed and be clean in 15 minutes.
Steps:
-Go into your shower room, lock the door, and make sure you have everything you will need.
-Turn the water on, and adjust the hot and cold water to a comfortable temperature. Be sure to test the temperature before you get in. When it's at the temperature you want, touch the shower plug and the water will begin to come from the showerhead.
-Remove your clothes and put them into the dirty clothes hamper if you aren't going to wear them before the next washing.
-Carefully step into the shower without falling.
-Enjoy the water for a minute; be sure to get all parts of you wet.
-Shampoo your hair. When you're done, rinse it thoroughly. Next comes the conditioner, put some in your hair and let it sit for 2 minutes.
-While you're waiting for that, take the wash cloth and run it under the water. Put some soap on it and wash all over.
-Rinse off the conditioner.
-If using shower gel, lather some in your hand or on a wash cloth.
-Lather it all over. It gives a fresh clean tingling feeling.
-Rinse everything off.
-Shut off the water.
-Take a towel and dry yourself. You may want two towels (one for your hair, and one for your body).
-Step out of the shower.
-Finish drying off.
-Stretch your warm soothed muscles while they're still loose and limber
Apply any further beauty products or lotions, and shave (the warm water helps loosen and lift hair follicles).
Dress and go about your day.
Tips
Singing while showering makes it a lot more fun (unless you get all the dogs started in your neighborhood)
Spice up your shower by doing things differently than normal- shower with a pet, shower with the light off, turn some soothing music on, etc
If you have very sensitive skin and are blessed with privacy, lightly towel dry to remove excess moisture and then drip dry around your house sans clothes, the best way to prevent irritating the skin.
Going barefoot for a few minutes after your shower feels very good.
Dry the bathroom floor after showering with a mop or similar. It will prevent moisture damage such as mold. Also returning to bathroom with socks on will be more comfortable if the floor is dry.
The best way to avoid dry skin is to exfoliate once a week and use a good moisturiser such as cocoa butter every day.
Enjoy!...hope this helps ; )

You need to invest in a good loofah sponge and exfoliate your skin. Start with getting yhour hair wet...shampoo.....rinse....condition while you are waiting for your conditioner to do its job.....wash your boby and face etc..with respective soaps/washes....loofah all over and get your circulation going, especially in the thigh area.....then rinse your hair as your rinsing your hair your boby is also getting rinsed. Dry off and mositurize your whole body...maybe your dry? That's my routine anyway....I use spectro jel on my face its excellent...and a bar of soap or shower gel on my body. I do not use a flannel....too much bacteria.

There's no specific setting or procedure for this, so don't worry. On the other hand it is possible to remove dead cell skins in shower as warm water opens pores
