if you draw this, its a slope from (0,2) down to (7,0). The height of the ramp is the change in y value (distance) which is 2-0=2 so its 2 feet

I am not familiar with the "0,2" or "7,0" as that is not anything I have ever seen in 35 years of heavy highway construction! What I can tell you is that the national standard for "handicap ramping" is 2% grade!

Assuming that each point on the graph corresponds to one space, your vertical change is 2 which means that the ramp would be two feet high.
