Absolutley. Birth control pills are not 100% effective even when you do take them every day.

My advice to you would be to read the instructions that come with the pill. They explain what you are supposed to do if you miss a pill, the risks, everything. To get further information, just type in the name of the birth control you are taking in a search engine. And no, birth control isn't 100% in preventing pregnancy, but it is around 98 or 99 percent. lol. So, you are pretty safe if you consistently take your pills. It also depends how long you've been taking the pills, if they have been in your system sometimes it takes a little while for you to get pregnant. But everyone is different!! Some women can get pregnant right away! So, don't miss any if you can help it! Just to be safe.

NOte: you also need to take the pill at the same time every day!!

Yes you can and you can still become pregnant even on birth control. It depends upon your body and what is the best for you. One of my best friends became pregnant using even the depo-shot and if you are taking the pills just remember that years down the rode when you are ready to start a family , a long term of usage can cause you to become infertile. Meaning that you may not ever be able to have children. But always talk to your doctor!
