Torsen Diffs, Type 'A' and Type 'B' differences in Rover PG1 gearboxes.?

Which is better as I have been informed that the type 'A' is more aggressive than type 'B', but the type 'B' feels like it pulls around corners better, type 'A' is fitted to Rover Tomcat Turbo's and Type 'B' is fitted to Rover 200 BRM.
