The answer is yes and no depending on your perception of ghosts.
Ghost as such does not exist as a separate entity. However it does exist as a part of your mind. In psychology we call it as split personality or paranoid schizophrenia. It is a state of our subconscious mind where we would start seeing things which really do not exist.
This happens due a strong craving in our mind to see and feel somethings which we strongly believe in our subconscious mind.
That's why I said the answer is yes and no. It all depends on your subconscious mind.
In your subconscious mind if you strongly disapprove the existence of ghost, you can never see one and vice versa.
This is a complex psychic phenomenon.
So you decide whether you want the ghost to exist or not!!!!!.

I've never heard of gosts or frankastine. I've heard of ghosts and Frankenstein before. Ghosts are up for debate and Frankenstein is the doctors name in a book by Mary Wollstonecraft Shelly.
