And I mean LOW RISK. As in, no risk at all. I want to earn the highest interest rate possible, for the shortest amount of time.

What are my options?

Low risk = low returns. If you want to avoid risk, it sounds like a money market is your best bet. Your money will be FDIC insured.

There is no such thing. Just because your numbers will go up doesn't mean your worth will go up. You have to factor in taxes and inflation with any investment. To break that barrier, you have to accept risk because that barrier is around 7% and everything safe is far less than that.

you are stuck with 5% or less as there is no high return sans risk. Accepting no risk is just hopeless for your future.
