WHO: A USA citizen is one who is born in the USA, has USA parents, or legally goes through a process to become a USA citizen.

WHAT: USA citizens vote for their Local, State, and Federal lifestyle creating a group of similar ppl bonded by laws to work in unity without war. Each Municipal, Local, & State vary due to the ppl who are represented by voting rights.

An American is simply someone who has citizenship within American states or territories. That means either they were born here, or went through the immigration process and became naturalized.

someone born here in the USA.....or prior to all of us here, the Native American Indians, they are the original American Citizen.
