I'm searching a property through my county auditor's web site. Is there an online key or legend to the letters given to the Grade and Condition of a property? Does anyone know what they mean?

I found out the answer.
YES, the Grade letter and Condition letter were both listed on the report (or else why would I be asking this question??)
Grade stands for the location of the house. A+ being the best and F- being 'in the dumps'
Condition stands for just that, the condition of the house.
P=Poor
F=Fair
G=Good
and so on.

You'll only find the appraisal value and the taxes.

The condition will not be listed. If they list the square footage, you may find comparables in the same neighborhood and, with the same sq. feet, be able to arrive at some idea.
