Doesn't China already have Laws allowing only so many kids?

No, but i think you should have to take some sort of classes and pass a very intense test to have children. There are too many people popping children out and then throwing them away, neglecting them, abusing them...so on and so forth.

okay, to the second one about china, the answer is yes, and it is based upon housing, finance, and ability to care for the child.
to the first one, do i think that there should be a law, or a limit for this sort of thing... and i say yes! think of all the kids that are living in run down appartments somewhere, or at orphanages...(there are a lot of little girs at orphanages in china, because the people want buys) i think that it is terrible. these are YOUR kids people.. take some responsibility for your actions! i also dont believe in aborition... basically, you can kill the child that god gave to you... no, i dont agree.. i dont think that you should just be allowed to get rid of them either... i hate that people do this... once i have a house, and some money and stuff, i fully plan upon adoppting as many children as i can take care of. it is horrible that people run out and have sex, and then give up the kids or have an abortion. i dont agree with it, and never have. i think that with a law that says that you can have.. lets say 3 kids...then people are going to really value their kids, some people cant even have kids, and here in america, we just have abortions when all of the sudden the test pops positive... i think that we definately should have laws like this, and if anyone ever got it on the ballad, i sure as hell would vote for it...

Yes, China does have a law for this. I think people should be allowed to have how many kids they want as long as they have the money to take care of them, and the love also.

China has an overcrowding problem that the government is attempting to fix by only allowing two children per household. I think this legislation would be somewhat effective in controlling population growth. That, however, is not the question you asked. You asked an ethical question. I don't have a problem with the limit, but that also doesn't make it right or wrong. In America, we have a democracy that should decide this sort of thing.

China population is over the place, so there's a law saying that one family can have only one child at the most. If accidents do happen and a second child appear, the couple will be fined. Other than that, other countries have no objections about having more children.

Many people will say hell no to that law,but I've been saying it for years. I have 3. I think the limit should be 4. Not saying I want another cause ain't no more coming from me!!!! But that seems to be plenty and not too little at the same time.

If there are people having multiple children who have shown that they are unable to take care of the then yes.
Examples are junkies who have babies for the welfare cheque, people who have been found to be neglectful or physically/sexually abusive.
I dont think the gov't will restrict people like that though.
How about we at least make people get a license the same way you get a drivers license. Just to teach some basic child care skills and offer support for people who dont do well.

I think with the population the way it is people should only be allowed to replace themselves i.e two kids for every couple, seems fair! More than two is just being greedy!

I think in certain countries yes, where they are too poor to support all the people already - but in richer countries, no - I think they should be supporting families having children and reduce the number of immigrants if they're worried about too many people - the citizens should have first dibs.

No, I don't think there should be a limit, but I would agree with some people; there are certain people that should be limited to the amount of kids they have, ie: drug users, poor people, alcoholics, etc.
