The bears had 3 td's last night and i thought i would win my fantasy because i wasnt down by that many, but when i woke up this morning and checked the stats it said i only got 2 td's. Do punt return tds not count???

No, punt returns are a part of the Special Teams' stats. Sorry.

kick returns are not part of defense. You only get the kick return yards and tds from the returns if you have that player on your roster. For example, if you have a WR in your lineup and he is also the kick returner.

I think it depends on who ran the punt back if it was a defense player then no.

It appears that your league doesn't give credit for special teams TD's.

In my league; we chose a DST (Defense/Special teams) and credit 6pts for either Defensive or Special Teams TD's.

We use www.commissioner.com

You should check the rules on your ffl website.

Cheers.
