if it is coming from the door, weatherstripping might do the trick. but if is coming from the windshield, new seal is in order.
the windshield might have been replaced and seal is bad. you can either take it to a windshield place or pop off the chrome band around the windshield and put a small bead of silicone in the trouble area. not too much.
if it is weatherstripping, check jc whitney. the bulk is ok, but doesn't hold quite as well as the custom fit stuff. cost more for longer wear.

Odds are it is a bad weather seal/weather stripping (same thing). Usually inexpensive and easy to replace. You might check with a local autostore. My preferences? NAPA, then O'reilly's, and then Autozone. That is descending order of the level of expertise I usually encounter. You may have to order from dealership which could get very costly, but I would check with autostores first.

theres a rubber seal that will run around the entire door. check that rubber seal very closely and see if its got a hole or a crack anywhere in it. you may have to replace it, which isnt too expensive at autozone.

if that doesnt fix it, then take your truck to a collision repair center and have them check to see if the door or the cab somehow got warped at all.

that would be the only way water would leak in like that.
