It is a hackney expression to refer to Dr. Manmohan Singh who is gifted with the art of rabble rousing. I think he is a decent person who seems to be honest and having a reputation for integrity. He is a renowned economist who served in RBI, as its Governor and knows the nuances of Indian economy and for the first time in our history that an economist is heading our governance. You call him a puppet, because the PM ship came to him, by default and by the support given to him by his Party's president.

dr manmohan singh as finnance minister was the one who put india on the the road of fast development.he is concentrating more on ecnomic matters and political matters are delt with other people but i think in the long run he will be good for india

He is most capable and qualified Person in India. He is the person who pioneered Economic liberalization and set forward path for India to become super power. See politics all over India.
