I went voluntarily to keep the ticket off my record.
Mainly, it is just about driving defensively and avoiding aggressive driving.

I did one via the mail back in 1999. Can't remember the people I contacted, but I believe their address was somewhere in the San Fernando Valley in LA county CA. They sent me a video that I had to watch completely as there was a multiple choice test which had some questions which could only be answered if you had watched it all the way through. when it was returned (within a specified time) they marked it and if you passed they send you a certificate for you to mail off to the court.

i'm no longer thoroughly up on Georgia regulation, yet i can exceptionally plenty chisel it in stone for you that a dashing violation in a school zone purely isn't pushed aside. each and every state interior the union takes the secure practices of youngsters in school zones VERY heavily. Pleading no contest in this undertaking won't help you, rather in case you get a decide with college-elderly babies. have confidence me in this one: Your terrific wager is to plead accountable, provide an evidence of why you have been driving so quickly, anticipate finished duty on your strikes, and ask the courtroom for leniency. do no longer say you will by no ability do it back -- judges do no longer purchase that. in case you have an otherwise sturdy driving checklist, the decide might knock it right down to 10 MPH over the linked fee decrease and might even provide you a destroy on the college zone violation.

my class was taught by an ex ambulance driver... he was great... I really learned alot and am a much better driver now... They talk about rukes yes, but they also show you shocking photos of people who had to be scraped up off highway with a spatula because they were driving too fast, etc....
I have not driven over the speed limit since... there are some things you just dont do.. you dont drink antifreeze, you dont steal from wal mart, and you dont drive one mile over the speed limit... it really isnt that hard to do... and its better for your car (less wear and tear)
LAST night I was driving 60 in a sixty-five and thought hey I could speed up... but th eroads were wet and it was raining so i didnt (I am So paranoid about hydroplaning- I knew a chick who totaled her brand new car by hydroplaning doing 65 in a downpour.)
So this car comes past me ZOOOOM... a state trooper whooshed around me and got in fron of me and put the blue lights on him... AAAAhhhhhh.. so satisfying... let other folks get stopped... it doesnt have to be you.
