Should Padraig nally be released?

There is huge support for him here in Ireland.
the man is old and was living in fear of his life following a spate of robberies.

I think that if he was defending himself. If someone threatened you or your property by invading and not knowing what they where there for what would you have done. Sometimes the police don't correct the problem or don't arrive on time!
