I had a dream that I was trying to get up from my bed but could not physically move, I tried to scream but no sound came out, I finally got up and tried switching the lights on but no light came on. Eventually sound started coming out my mouth then the lights were working and coz I live in a pent house my neighbours across the balcony were outside in their night gowns looking at me as I was making so much noise I am puzzled. Has anyone been in the same situation?

not moving from your bed and making no sound probably symbolises you are not in control and are powerless..and no one is listening.

when sound finally came lights came on, neigbours heard. might symbolise the that problem is solved when your voice is heard

maybe you are experiencing someinthing in your life where you are not in control or nobody is listening. it frustrates you and manifests in your dreams. when you speak out is when something happens.

just a guess!

hope that helps, dave

Dreams are a manifestation of your subconcious speaking. Dreams allow you to look at yourself, and everything around you in the most truthful way, but sometimes are very hard to understand because it all metaphorically displayed. If you had a dream that you were unable to move or speak, then I would say this is a respresentation of how you feel in your everyday world.
Something is controlling you, and judging by the outsider eyes staring at you from your balcony, I would say you feel as though your under the microscope of society, and you feel controlled by that. Is there someone perhaps a neighbor, a colleague a mate, a friend, or even family that projects their own ideas on to you, and only gives you their approval as long as you accept their ideas. Your dream is telling you how you internally feel about your world. It's like the soul is screaming let me be free, and not be confined by the ideas of others. In order for you to attain complete happiness the soul knows you must listen to your own, which is extremely difficult when listening to your own may mean dissapointment to others.

I wish you well, and I will say it is a razors edge that we all walk every day.

Yes, this is normal to many people even to me.

Our mind is tricky. Sometimes our mind gets a level that our body is actually moved with our mind during sleep. That is probably called "sleep walking" which is dangerous.

In most case, you want to scream and no sound, you want to move, but can't move. That symbolizes some sort of stress are over you now. There may be something you can't control in the dream. You may also have a dream of losing control and that is why you feel helpless. Perhaps in reality, you need support and help in many ways. Projecting this helpless moment in dream could also mean you need help and losing control in reality.

I often dream that I'm physcially trapped in some way and I can't do what I want to do. It might simply be that you're in the REM stage of sleep when your body is paralysed. This can become merged with your dream and hence you dream you can't move. On the other hand your dream might signify you feel out of control in real life, under threat by someone or a situation? It often indicates that your emotions are feeling under attack and "held down" so might be that you need to think about whether you're being true to yourself and your feelings.

To my belief , you had an encounter with a demonic spirit that tried to hold you down and battle with your spirit. The bible says that God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of love, power and of a sound mind. The next time that happens, plead the Blood of Jesus inside yourself or aloud, and those spirits will leave. Be Blessed! You have the victory! And also anoint your house with oil. The oil is a contact of faith that God will answer your prayer just like he did when he passed over Egypt and whoever didn't have the lamb's blood on their door was instantly killed. I hope that you believe in God and his power! Please allow me to pray for you right now: Heavenly i come to you repenting of all sins. I ask that you forgive me for all my wrong doings and help me to follow you. I come to you for this person with dreams. God i ask in Jesus name that you give her the strength and courage to fight this fight and give her the interpretations of the dreams he/she has. I command every demonic force to flee from their body and home and commands the angels of piece to rest within in by the authority of the Holy Spirit. Lord i thank you that it is already done in Jesus name; Amen Be Blessed!
