Goes a lot farther back than that - back to Egypt, which may have originated the Divine Right of Kings. And trash comes in all colors. In this great nation people of all races have the right to park on the lawn, wear wife-beater shirts, and sit out front on old couches drinking beer!

Are they any worse than any other king or conqueror? I think not. We are responsible for our own actions. No one is twisting our arm to do what is wrong. And even then we can decide to do what is right. It is our choice, no matter what.
