It is not-it simply conducted a nuclear test. And I don't see what the fuss is about, since as far as I know, N. Korea never used Depleted Uranium.

I don't get the guy.. i mean.. so you have nuclear weapons? If he kills off the whole world.. he'll be the only one left.. he still has no control over anyone or anything really.. once again... war? pointless.
