If you were uncircumcised, you should have at least some foreskin covering over the head of the penis. This sounds vagues, but it's like loose skin that you can roll back onto the shaft of the penis to reveal the head. If you were circumcised your head would probably be showing all the time, and most people have a scar that's like a brown ring around their penis somewhere. If you're still confused, may I direct you to the following links.

I think you are just a young guy... therefore I will be gentle in explaining to you what it means... a uncut penis is where the glands (head) is covered with a piece of skin... if you are cut... then the head will be exposed permanately... and also look at pictures will help you understand the concept... I hope this will help heaps!!!

If you can't see the head of your penis without retracting the foreskin first you are uncut. If the head is exposed all the time you are cut.

For a young questioner, I see where this could be difficult. If you don't know what a foreskin is ... and when you're young, it may not have retracted yet ....

I hate to say it, but I'd look at pictures :/ It should be pretty easy to tell which matches you.

Does it look like your penis is wearing a turtle-neck sweater before you have an erection? Uncut

If you were uncut, you would have a lot of foreskin that would cover your penis. If you were cut, there would be no foreskin to cover to tip of your penis. Simple as that.

If there is skin over your tip of the penis, you are UNCUT.

well... if this a penis (i expect it is) you can tell by looking.
if the head is always exposed without a flap of skin covering partially or all of it, you've been circumcised. if you have a flap of skin (foreskin) covering your head, you're not.

if you really don't know, then keep it to yourself, and bring it up with your doctor, next time you see him for something else. If you are not circumcised, then when your penis is limp, your glans will be covered by a foreskin, which will slide backwards when your penis is erect,
