Sometimes my heart rate maintains itself between 95-105 for several hours after physical activity. How worrisome is that?

not at all, some people get that just walking from one side of a room to another. My sitting rate is 60, but my sleeping rate is 39, that is a little more worrisome. if you have chest pain with your heart rate high like that, i would get it checked out, otherwise just be glad that you can walk from a room to the bathroom without having a heart attack like some people in the world.

dont know if i'd be worried, it may be a sign of a circulation disorder, or hormone imbalance, maybe your body cannot regulate how much adrenalin is released, now that could be a problem.

for your peace of mind you should talk to a health professional. be aware that opinions can kill, best find out the facts
