IF YOU ARE A HINDU YOU WILL HAVE TO FILE A DIVORCE SUIT IN THE FAMILY COURT HAVING JURISDICTION STATING CLEARLY THE REASONS FOR WHICH YOU ARE ASKING DIVORCE...WHEN THE COURT IS SATISFIED AND CONVINCED BY YOUR ADVOCATES ARGUMENTS AS TO WHY YOU WANT DIVORCE ...YOU MAY BE GRANTED A DIVORCE...THE REASONS AND CONDITIONS THAT ARE ACCEPTABLE BY THE COURT HAVE TO BE OF VERY SERIOUS NATURE...AND IF YOU ARE POINTING A FINGER UPON THE CHARACTER OF YOUR WIFE YOU HAVE TO PRODUCE CONVINCING PROOF WITHOUT WHICH EVEN IF YOUR ALLEGATIONS ARE TRUE..IT WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED...IT IS STILL AN UPHILL TASK TO OBTAIN A DIVORCE DECREE..IN HINDU MARRIAGE ACT..

hae y u need to divorce her,y cant u lead a good life with her.divorce divorce y u all r choosing it,y cant u adjust and live,life is to live combinenly,husband wife relation is as such a relation,only misunderstandings,ego,temper leads to this,once if u come out from it ul lead a happy life

Why dont we Peep into ur past, u, me & everyone of us have been sacrificing & compromising in Life to reach at some level

because in marriage there are 2 person . there are different from physically and also mentally also but they love each other because there mind is different thought and idea but after the marriages there are thinking not same like there are thinking before the marriages but after the marriages there mind and living style is started to change so if there cross the limit and get angry every-time so one of them will stated to got divorce
