Weird behaviour???
So, yesterday I asked this girl I like if she was angry with me because she didn't seem to reply my email. She said no and I still could joke with her over the text message.
However, today I found out that her behaviour has changed and she seems to talk less to me. It seems "cooler" to me. I do not know if it is true, though.
What is she thinking?
What do you think is wrong with her (or me)? Why? What can I do?

There's no way we could know what she's thinking. If shes suddenly acting strange, maybe she's busy with something or has something else in her mind. Maybe she doesn't want to be bothered right now. Maybe you should give her some space and see if she's nicer to you within the next few days. Maybe she's going through something personal and doesn't want to talk about it. Leave her alone for a little while and check back with her in a few days to see if her mood has changed. If her mood still hasn't changed, I would give her a few more days. Only time will tell what's really the problem with her.

Sounds like she likes someone else and you're freaking her out. Give her some space and see what happens, nobody wants anyone that is too easy to get.

its seems that her interest on you had been lessen,there are girls who don't like boys who are being to ksp or act like he's lack of attention.maybe she just say it no to don't hurt your feelings.
