People kill people. Gun is just a tool some do it with. A loaded gun on a table could lay there for 20 years and never shoot anyone. However, a person with a gun can kill.

I've never seen a gun get up on its own and start shooting. So I'm going to have to go with the people theory.

People are responsible for all crime. Guns are an inanimate object. Murder can be committed with guns, knives, poison, hands, etc.

It's not just a white crime. There are plenty of bad people out there of any color. I believe it is lack of education, boredom and the feeling of control that the trouble makers like so well.
