That's just the smoke screen to obtain the Presidency. Republicans haven't changed any of their spots by claiming Christianity. They only believe in the Capitalist Religion as Gods will. This has nothing to do with Jesus teachings.

First of all the USA is NOT ran by any Religion.

2nd. of all many Americans are not Christian,

3rd. of all we can act in self defense, or out of helping an oppressed group. We did in WW1 and WW2, Vietnam, Korea, Afghanistan was self defense. In all of those instances we did not keep any land for ourselves, but gave it back to the people. Iraq is more debatable, we will have to wait until it is all over and it will be up to the Iraqi people to decide if we were right or wrong.

I hope they find peace!

Even the bible speaks of picking up the sword and defending. There is a difference between simple killing and defending. Either we kill the terrorists, or they behead us or slit our throats and throw us down a well in the name of their faith. A lot like they flew planes into our buildings and killed thousands of our own. Besides take a look around, do we look like a Christian country anymore?

Besides, it is Thou shall not murder, not kill. There is a difference and original commandment is: Thou shall not murder.

Humility is the prized distinctive characteristic of the Bible. the assumption is, that it attracts grace, as in; 'God resists the proud, yet provides grace to the traditional'. Neither self-love nor vanity sell humility, although self-denial does precisely that, as in, 'enable a guy deny himself, take in his bypass...'. The doctrine of self-love become mistakenly taught from, 'love your neighbor as your self'. It become concept to signify 'love your self greater, so as which you will love your neighbor greater'. although the which ability is, that based upon the reality of the human condition of self-love and self-elevation, provide help to neighbor have that place by using your own self-denial. The source of the shallowness doctrine got here from present day treatment and psychology, that's organic humanism. Take care.

Why is it that people are so ignorant about the Coalition of other countries that are standing with the United States in this war on Terror. Their soldiers are putting their lives on the line too. You don't like the US, then never come here, if you live here, get out.

That is a good question. What might have happened if we had gone into Iraq and treated their prisoners with tender loving care? Might some of them thought differently about the USA? We will never know.
