What county did you file the complaint in? You can't file a motion unless there is a complaint filed. Now if you did not file the complaint and someone else did, then you would file it in the county court that they filed it in.

You don't say what the motionis for. If it's fior a divorce file it in your country, and the papers are sent to or served at their last known address.
