I would try hot water but if that does not work you will just have tolet it defrost in future you can cover your car and that should prevent the doors freezing.

A hair dryer wooks great. Or wet a towel with HOT water and hold it to the edges of the door, usually near the top and latch area. If you can get into the car from another door, start it and run the heater on high, this will do it too. Once all it unthawed apply WD-40 or Armerall to the rubber seal around the door to prevent it from happening again. Good luck.

Well what i usally do to unfreeze my car doors is if you dont have anyone with you then what i do is that i try to pull the car door open with force. But if that is not working than you can get gloves on and start to rub the handles of the car door and that might work. I hope this will help you!!

Ask for zinc ointment at any auto parts store. It comes in a tube and looks like petroleum jelly. Smear a thin coat of the zinc on the rubber gasket around each door. One application will last all winter. Try some on the gasket of your trunk lid, as well.
Another option is to spray a bit of silicone spray (also available at any auto parts store) onto an old rag and wipe it onto all the rubber gaskets around your car doors.
