Does stress have much to do when it comes to when you'll have your monthly period??

yes.it affects..

for a girl to relax - |

If you non working
1. Take longer baths..
2. sleep more.
3. eat more fruits than junk food
4. exercise

If you working ..
1. sleep more if possible at night and try to organize the action items on ur list in office..
2. try to avoid smoking if u do
3. do the exercide
