go to their site and try to book a package deal, you could save some money there. i would no take to much CASH if you lose it you can't replace it. take a credit card or two and then just pay the bill when it comes in. you can always cancel a card if it gets lost or stolen. I'd stay in one of the Disney resorts. When you book it, tell them you want the package deal. You won't have to hassle with parking, and your credit card can be attached to your room key electronically so that you can just swipe your room key for anything you want to buy.
For that size group, I'd recommend about a $5000 budget for the week, INCLUDING your airfare and hotel, so that you won't have to say NO to anything.
