You can have a cup of caffinated, if you want. Just no more then two cups of caffine a day. SO make sure that you limit your intake on other things with caffine. But if you have decaf your fine just make sure you don't put to much sugar, you want to watch your intake of sugar too.

It is okay for you to drink 2 cups of caffeine a day. But if you drink decaf, don't drink to much. Contrary to popular belief, decaf teas and coffees DO have a bit of caffeine in them as well. Just drink in moderation. Congrats!

i'm actual ingesting decaf espresso top now even though it quite is in basic terms the 4th cup i think of I even have had my finished being pregnant. i'm not a huge espresso drinker anyhow so it hasn't been not common for me to stick to decaf as quickly as I DO crave it. And what do you advise does it make a difference? you're allowed reasonable quantities of caffeine in the time of being pregnant, it in simple terms relies upon on what you're soft with. I, in my opinion, have stayed far off from caffeine for many of my being pregnant. I even have had the unusual iced tea or pepsi, yet that's it. possibly 5 finished and in basic terms as a "take care of" to myself. it quite is extraordinarily appropriate to circumvent caffeine in early being pregnant because of the fact it reasons your toddler's heart fee to improve which isn't that super. do exactly what you sense is sweet and undergo in innovations, each little thing moderately! Congrats~

Absolutely! In fact, it is largely believed that even a cup of regular coffee a day is not harmful to the baby. This is particularly helpful if you've been experiencing caffiene withdrawal headaches since you've gotten pregnant.

Drinking coffee in small amount when you are pregnant, personally coffee made me sick lol. so i took tea instead.
as long as you arent over doing the coffee you can have 3 cups of normal cofffee max when u r expecting. so decaff is fine.

Of course you can, and if you take cream, a little extra would be great. It will not effect you or your baby. I have yet to see a child born with any type of long term affects as a result of the mothers pick me up "breakfast of champions" ( as we call it at the hospital) You'll be fine, if I could, I'd join you for your morning cup.LOL:)

Actually yes. It's even ok to drink one caffeine drink a day (so I read & so the dr. says) But I don't because it makes me feel nervous & I can tell it affects my baby as well. Why don't you try tea? Tea is a lot better for you & it also comes in defac or caf.
