Adding to the changing of password suggestion, have a pass word which is made of alphabets and numerals and you can remember easily. First lesson of security of passwords is NEVER disclose the password to any body. Never store/write the password in an email. Now change the password and only you will know it. You can find tips and guidelines about passwords from the security section of Yahoo which is useful and informative.
