While you are trying to make a point, keep in mind that the league is still played in England.
Thats why its called the English league in the first place.
But its great that they have African players, just like its great they have other european players

Because it's always mainly been an English affair, though eveyone else (apart from the God-fearing Yanks) has taken it up. What's the pont of this 'euro-african' thing. IOt just sound a wee bit politically correct.
Now go and finish reading today's Guardian or something...

Because Football (unlike say 'American Football' or 'Australian Football') is a truly global sport, played in just about every nation on earth and competed at International level. It is not just restricted to the European or African continents.

It simply because the football you mean is being played on the English soil! You simply cannot judge the game merely from its players only.

Jee-zus - what's WRONG with people like you? WTF?! YOu just aren't happy until you call EVERYTHING "African" but the world just doesn't revolve around Africa. English football is an ENGLISH sport which happens to have some African players among other players. Why not call american football AFRO-AMERICAN FOOTBALL?! AFRO AMERICAN BASEBALL? AFRO AMERICAN BOXING? GET A LIFE, DUDE!!
