You can pull out one of the edges, then you can unbuilt it and build it again the right way ;). This is easy. It works. Not sure that this is what you want.

Ok for limited minds like mine and yours, the trick is to know a few sequences of movements that will result in only a few global changes at the end. You can do all with only 2 known easy sequences.

There are one such sequence to exchange only 2 middle sides, and one to exchange 3 corners. Search for these on google (you need a graphic description so I can't do it here), learn them (it's not so hard), after you'll can do it.

my record time for solving it was about 20 seconds, but then I had been given a set of instructions for solving it, and practised and practised, I also found spraying it with silicone polish helped it to move faster. There are several ways and I suspect that they are available on line. If you do learn the method you can get very quick, and I could even do it without looking at the cube once the initial stage was done.

There are loads of sites dedicated to Rubiks solution. The easiest way seems to be by learning code. A friend of mine recently picked up a Rubiks for the first time and is now solving the puzzle in 5 mins! She can do the first half without even looking at the puzzle! Not bad for a beginner!
I'm not sure which site she got her codes from, but the following looks pretty comprhensive!

Either remove and re-stick the stickers or prise the individual cubes apart and put them back together in the correct places

Take the stickers off and replace them with the right colors on all sides. It's the easiest way.......to cheat anyway.

Take the stickers off and then restick them in the correct place.

Easiest and quickest way I found of doing it!

Well, you could spend countless hours turning the damn thing...or, you could just take it apart and put it back together - it's really not that hard to do, and is likely to save you much frustration.

The only way I could have ever got one of them right would have been to paint the sides. They drove me mad!
