For the Space Marines, they have the Grey Knights, highly effective against Daemons. For the Chaos SMs, they can upgrade their Chaos Lord to the Daemon Prince. He mainly inherits all the upgrades ur Chaos Lord possesses, plus, he is almost like the Blood-Thirster, but much faster. For the Eldar, they have the Harlequin squad, mainly melee units that have a one hit - one kill against most infantry units in the game. The Orks have the Flash Gitz, mainly long range heavy infantry to make up for their lack of range units. The Imperial Guard has the heavy weapons squad or sumthin like that, basically they entrench themselves mounting sandbags and auto-cannons for cutting down infantry and las-cannons for anti-vehicle emplacements.
