How do you remove videos from Real player?

I have some old videos that I'm tired of. I checked options but there's no sign of removing or deleting. Any suggestions out there.

Click tools---->preferences.
In the general tab
uncheck the check box which has the name
"Enable the history list in the file menu"

Just delete them from your computer. Navigate to the folder where they're stored, click to select the file, and hit delete.
