warm water because it makes the bristles on the brush softer...so then its not so hard on my gums!

i brush my teeth while i take a shower in the morning so its with hot water but at night with cold.

No water at all,my kids dentist said that we are not supposed to use water when brushing teeth.The fluoride is meant to settle on the teeth to protect,not be diluted with water.

warm water because cold makes my teeth hurt and hot is just too hot!!
