After filing a chapter 7, will they take any large amounts of money I come into?

I filed individual ch.7, will they take my husband's Army bonus money, or any large amount's of money either of us come into over the next few years?

What if the case isn't final yet? Would seperation papers protect his bonus money? (We are seperated)

as long as it went through the court and you have the paperwork the answer is NO they cant touch a penny of your money or your husbands
