I think most of these people missed the humor here. I don't feel it should be harassment if you are happy about your advances, buy yourself some flowers. Dress up for yourself but keep the innuendos to a minimum. Unless you are very talented oral is simply out of the question but an erotic massage should be pretty doable.

That depends on what you mean. If you are self-employed and hire someone to help you and harass them, then you can be sued. If you are self employed and are harassed by someone who hires you, you're going to have trouble bringing a case.
