From the official ITTF rules:
"A player 'obstructs' the ball if he, or anything he wears or carries, touches it in play when it is above or travelling towards the playing surface and has not passed beyond his end line, not having touched his court since last being struck by his opponent"
If a player 'obstructs' the ball, the opponent scores a point.

Practice and listen to your coaches and do good in school cause with out grades you will not be able to play in school. Plus you need to be a team player.

It can hit anything below your wrist and be in play, like a finger or thumb.

once the ball hits your body, it is dead. so if the ball hits any part of your body, u lose the point.

well in Bangkok it comes from the body, and I would recom avoding the ball if it is coming straight for your face..
