Congratulations! The one thing that will be different with this baby is that it will be even more of a challenge for you to get enough rest and to find the time to pamper yourself a bit. I know, I have 5 and with each one it got harder and harder to find a way to take proper care of myself.
Remember to eat well, when you fix them something to eat, have something to eat yourself. Mothers often fix nutritious meals for their little ones but neglect to eat themselves. Don't do that, if they are eating, you sit down and have something also.
When they nap resist the urge to use that time to catch up on your cleaning! Use that time to rest, put your feet up and relax, even if you don't sleep. It may be the only time you have all day to get off of your feet.
Do remember that taking care of yourself during this pregnancy is the best way to take care of that new baby. You are NOT being selfish when you find time to take a nap or to steal a bubble bath.....you NEED those things.
If you are married ask your husband to watch the older babies so that you can do something just for you. He should be happy to pitch in. Every pregnancy is a strain on you, it is necessary to take good care of yourself. By now you are aware of the things to do, eating right and all that. The trick is making the time to do it.
BTW, plan on breastfeeding! It is the biggest time saving device that was ever evented. Plus it is ideal for mothers with other children. It forces you, by its very nature, to sit down or lie down often during the day! Gone is the temptation to ask someone to feed the baby while you run and do a load of laundry! Plus you can sleep all night from the beginning. Just tuck that little one in bed with you and let him/her eat when the urge strikes them. Easy, easy, easy!
Take care honey!
Blessings

I had my third last November when my elder 2 were 5 and 2.
Just prepare them and enjoy the first 6 weeks. Do what has to be done - just don't be supermum!
And all the best.
Congrats!

No once you add the 3rd there is not that much difference. I have 4 and after the 2nd adding th 3rd and 4th was no big deal. The one thing I did when I feed the baby was had my little ones go get there babydolls and fake bottles and feed there babies too. Congrats
