I've known this girl for about 10months and we've been hang out for 4months. We both like eachother and I told her I like her. We are best friend but both of us want more then that, we want start relationship, but I don't know how to start? or ask her to be my girlfriend?

If you both want a relationship it sounds like you're already on your way. Being boyfriend/girlfriend is the same as being friends. You hang out, go places & do things together. The difference is you hold hands & kiss. Just grab her hand & kiss her and you're there.
