im a none driver , so i cannot follow him.this is a long story (over 18 yrs) n im finding it hard to slam the door in his face i know he a piece of ****, n i know what es up to but he is "RIGHT", "hes not doing anything wrong" (knowing i cannot prove it)
if i can prove that im right then i can walk away with my head held high instead of running away and been dragged back.

I KNOW WHAT YOUR ON ABOUT!!!! i just read your last questions... and heres my advise: -
Look if you have already found beads and lipliners in his car and your child lock is being taken off its more than likely that at some point a female /many females have been in the car this doesnt necessarily mean he IS cheeting... but you have to put into context here... 1 you know something he doesnt which is: -
1) You have evidence (i presume you have kept these)
2) Child lock (innocent question to ask - the guilt on his face will tell the true answer)
Simply confront him with 'i took the car seat out' and found this (hold out lip liner) and say its not mine just wondering if you knew where its come from!!!
he is obviously playing you for a fool and knowing your not 'mobile' he will simply go out of the area for his 'whatever he's up to' women then come back to you... i also feel that he knows that your wondering what hes up to and quite frankly is bullying you by saying catch me and stuff.... i really do think you need to leave this guy... but this is up to you...

I'm sorry but I really don't get what is such a problem with this. If you KNOW that he is up to no good the you should be strong enough in yourself to go with that feeling and kick him out. I don't see how you can keep taking him back. Would you take him back if he was hitting you? He's still abusing you in one way or another.
Other than trying to get smart bugging kits the only thing I can think of is to put a mobile in the car that has been called through to an answermachine. That way you can record what he gets up to as evidence too.

He thinks he "right" just because he's good at covering his tracks? Knowing that you can't go out and follow him, and using that to do whatever he's doing, and then throwing it your face as if he's perfect just because you lack the ability to catch him.... is not right.... its condescending and manipulative. You don't have to "prove" anything in order to leave him. You're unhappy, you feel trapped, you have doubts and distrust.... those are reasons enough.... so listen to your gut. It's not running away.... its taking control of your life. Do what will make you happy... no matter what he has or hasn't done... and he can't drag you back unless you let him.
