I have to design a series of 4 posters that each represent these 4 famous composers:
Mozart
Beethoven
Brahms
Tchaikovsky
They have to create a stylish, modern day approach rather than a 'cliche' of the musical genre. They have to stand out and visually engage the viewer
Please help me and give me some ideas!

For Mozart, you might want to do a poster on "The Magic Flute", which was hilarious and extremely popular, or "Abduction from the Seraglio".

The latter poster might show a picture of a lavishly-dressed middle-eastern man looming over a European woman, obviously intent upon making her love him...

For Beethoven, I'd probably liken him to a rocker. The people of Beethoven's time thought his music was "hip", "fresh", and "not your grandmother's music". You might want to look up the opera "Fidelio" and do a poster on that.

For Brahms, you might want to do a poster about "The Tragic Overture"

or maybe something like this...:

For Tchaikovsky, the standard poster would probably involve "The Nutcracker", which is a ballet, rather than an opera. This ballet used music from an instrument that had never been heard in public performance, before that ballet was written. So you could focus on that instrument, and have your poster luring people in, so they could hear what it sounds like.

First use google / yahoo image search for pics. Then search for some unusual facts about them. Stylish and modern would infer a minimalist approach, if you are using Publisher there are plenty of templates to adapt.
One place for facts is found below
Remember th posters need to be fit for purpose and aimed at your target audience. This means it would look different if the poster were aimed at an adult rather than a 10 year old

i myself like the poster and the assumption. this is extraordinarily classic and expert looking. the only element i might perchance replace is the form of font you used because of the fact it would not look perchance as expert or extreme as your topic. it may additionally be an excellent concept to lighten it up with some wit. even nevertheless balloting is a extreme situation, i think of including a touch bit humor would be effective interior the tip. good success and that i'm hoping this facilitates! lilyj
