Beauty is a state of being. There are physical and chemical characteristics which are perceived through the senses. There are also aspects which may be experienced and perceived which elude the senses. These are the true measure of beauty. That inner glow which manifests itself in a cheery mood, an enagaging demeanor, politeness, empathy, kindness and such. Inner beauty can sometimes eclipse it's exterior counterpart beyond measure. It's more than being fluffed and buffed and pretty to see. It's interaction.

I am going to use a few quotes to answer your question:
"The absence of flaw in beauty is itself a flaw."
"The first question I ask myself when something doesn't seem to be beautiful is why do I think it's not beautiful. And very shortly you discover that there is no reason."
"Ugly. Is irrelevant. It is an immeasurable insult to a woman, and then supposedly the worst crime you can commit as a woman. But ugly, as beautiful, is an illusion. "
"People often say that 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder,' and I say that the most liberating thing about beauty is realizing that you are the beholder. This empowers us to find beauty in places where others have not dared to look, including inside ourselves. "
I hope this helps!

I believe the SI unit of beauty is a narcis/square centimetre.
Beauty = klog(N/cm2)
First measue your surface area as best you can. To determine the k factor you will need a boiled egg, a pound of unsalted butter, a sun ripened tomatoe, sugar and spice and a drahm of every thing nice, 4 fresh slugs, 2 snails and 3 small to medium puppy dogs tails. It gets a little complicated from here so suggest you google it for complete methodology

Our mind has always judgment or measurement about anything. I think there is no measurement in terms of true beauty. When the mind is no longer judging he can see the immense beauty.

I am a true believer that beauty is in the eye of the beholders but in society, many of the beholders are superficial & materialistic. They only approach the ones who are the sharp dressers or the fashion divas. the ones who are fit or thin as a single layer of waiver. It's a society of shallow individuals out there. Every culture has it. No matter where you look, it exists.

Beauty is relative. But still the no of persons those who consider somethiing beautiful will be the measure.
Like moon is beautiful as lot of poets described that as beautiful.
It is perception, sometimes, borrowed sometimes we perceive ourselvels.

"Self Love" would be a good start.
Define beauty on all levels, and decide which fits, then discard any that wouldn't make any sense to a Blind Person.
